'm jon haber of alto music. i've been around music my entire life. this is the first alto music i opened when i was 24. my business is all about getting music into people's hands. letting someone discover how great music is, is just an awesome thing. and the plum card from american express open helps me do that. i use it for as much inventory as i possibly can. from picks...to maracas... to drums... to dj equipment... you name it, i can buy it. and the savings that we get from the early pay discount on those purchases has given us money to reinvest back into our business and help quadruple the size of our floor space. and the more we expand, the more space we have for instruments and musicians to come play them. rock n roll will never die. how can the plum card's trade terms get your business booming? booming is putting more music in more people's hands.

did not raise lots and lots of money, although she did in the polls. but you've got mitt romney, jon huffman after stating about a month ago he's going to get into this race. the folks that are having a tough time raising money have to start there. >> joy, last gas, do you think, for pawlenty? >> well, you know what? i think what we are witnessing here is the battle for the second tier. i think mitt romney would have to be seen as the front-runner, though he hasn't done that great, he's still ahead in the minds of most front-runners. they have to take one another out because you can't want -- let's say if one of them became the nominee, the other couldn't be the vice presidential nominee because they're both from the same state. andbackman occupies a strange space in the republican base right now. really in a way, only in iowa could a lady who just sigh signed a pledge that said black kids were better off as slaves than they were under the first president, only in iowa could that person be the front-runner. but she fits that part of the bait. >> joe, let's talk about safe sarah palin

are in new hampshire. jon huntsman is in utah, herman cain at the freedom fest in las vegas. and cbs is reporting in 2 1/2 weeks as a candidate, michele bachmann has raised $4 million. >>> it's just two days until casey anthony is a free woman, but her legal troubles may not be over yet. in a florida courtroom this morning, zenaida gonzales is suing anthony for defamation. although a short time ago the hearing was adjourned and another judge will take over that case. gonzalez says her reputation was trashed when anthony claimed a babysitter with the same name kidnapped her daughter caylee in 2008. and casey anthony has been getting plenty of mail, both death threats and nearly $500 in donations from supporters. joining me now is jeff gardier and robi ludwig. what's going on is pretty amazing. let's start with something we learned about in oklahoma because people are so wrapped up in this case, a woman apparently went after someone else in their car because she thought she looked like casey anthony. what are we to make of something like that, jeff? >> it just tells us that casey antho
